Some thoughts on the past year...

This is another one of those posts that's more for me than for other people. I've been thinking about writing it since Thanksgiving, and I want to make sure I don't neglect to do so - it's purpose is simply to be a long list of things I remember from the past year, whether they be anecdotes, quotes, things I've learned, or whatever. So yeah, read it if you don't have anything better to do, but it's likely to be long and not terribly interesting to anyone other than me. :) (I realized I really aughta get it done before I left for the holidays, hence posting it today.)

My Year in Review? )

Why do things always go so much longer than I anticipate? I don't have the time to sit here and ramble more about my past year, even though there is so much more to say! Hopefully I'll get the time later...

Christmas Meme's

I'm procrastinating again...I found these amusing, both for the ways in which they were accurate and the ways in which they weren't...

Christmas Meme's! )

...my favorites are both in the last one...eviltophat WOULD eat the burned cookies, and xaniquen WOULD be the person who wouldn't show...here's to randomness...

One Last Post...

No idea how much I'm gonna have computer access over the holidays. I'm about to shut my computer down for the first time (other than quick restarts) since Thanksgiving, though, so I thought I'd say...

Happy Holidays, Everyone! Happy New Year!

Tomorrow starts the driving, we plan to be back in Bloomington in time for the Knightridge party on the 6th of January...other than that, I'll update if I get the time.

Oh, and did the Christmas present opening thingy with Jason, and got nifty Hot Topic clothes and some nice smelling stuff! And more chocolate fudge than I can possibly eat! And watched Christmas movies! And Bruce Willis blowing stuff up (Die Hard takes place at a Christmas party, it's a Christmas movie dammit). Anyway, I'm just babbling, once again...

Happy Hanukah! Merry Christmas! Happy Kwanza! Happy Solstice! Happy anything-I-forgot! Happy New Year!
