Moving
Well, I'm completely packed. The tally is:
36 boxes of books
12 other medium boxes (including 3 or 4 of papers + miscellaneous, 2 of dishes, and a bunch of other stuff)
4 large boxes of bigger things, puzzles, games, dolls, and all manner of random crap
5 large plastic crates containing all of my fabric, and a lot of my framed pictures
3 smaller crates containing fabric, my Christmas ornaments, and more random stuff
1 comic box
9 plastic drawers of craft stuff and miscellaneous and breakables
That's aside from furniture and electronic devices.
I'm hoping to have it moved on Friday.
I pick up the keys today (pictures and measurements pending!)
I'm getting two quotes; one came in today for far less than I had feared and only slightly more than I had hoped at $1055, guaranteed not to go up (I was aiming for $800 - $1000, and fearing more like $1500+).
It's nice to be completely packed, but now I feel like I'm in limbo. Sigh.
