Resolution Passed!
Apr. 18th, 2007 12:47 pmI don't really make New Years Resolutions, but I do set goals for the year. One of my goals for this year was to see some damn live music.
Goal (hopefully) achieved! I just bought my ticket for this years Warped Tour. I've wanted to go to Warped Tour for, oh, like 4 years, and it's only a bit north of Indy, and including parking and "convenience fees" (grumble) it was $40. I think it's fate - the day it's there, August 7th, is the last day that one of my favorite bands (Alkaline Trio) will be playing the show, and the first day that another of my favorite bands (Flogging Molly) will be playing the show.
Yeah, I might no longer be in Indiana by August. But I don't care. I'm going to Warped Tour, dammit.
So, uh, anyone want to go to Warped Tour with me? The tickets are gen admin, so ya'll can decide to join any time, unless it sells out. And since I'm straight edge, you're guaranteed a designated driver... ;) Come on, you know you want to hear awesome punk music with me. ;) ;)
