Just a reminder to everyone:

This SATURDAY, April 28th is the Bloomington Renaissance Faire. It'll be all day at Dunkirk Meadow, and you can come hear me, saracariad, schenker28, and moonzie sing the same set of songs three times. For now, though, I have a paper and a resume to put together. Why couldn't my rejection letter have come ONE DAY later....grrr....

Ice Cream, anyone?

Tonight at 9PM I'm going to go to the Jiffy Treat at 3rd and Pete Ellis and I'm going to get myself a sundae with marshmallow sauce, colored sprinkles, and Cookie Monster ice cream. I didn't get into school, and I'm sad, and the answer to sad is clearly ice cream. Also, I'll be (almost) completely done with graduate school by 9 o'clock. Anyone who wants to come with would be more than welcome. :)

Just...Wow

I don't care if my answers are right or wrong. I don't care that it's raining. I don't care that I didn't get into school in Boston. For the next five minutes, I'm going to soak in the blissful feeling of knowing that I just finished my very last assignment for graduate school. I just e-mailed it to the professor. I'm done. That's it. I've just earned my masters degree. Wow. I don't fucking believe it.

Ice cream. Definitely need ice cream.
