Wednesday Weight Update: End of Week 3

Waist: 32 1/2" (when I suck in, but without pulling tight)
Hips: 42"
Weight: 158.5 (fully clothed, with shoes, in the afternoon but after not eating for about 4 hours)
Miles Walked: 49.4 (this week)
Cumulative Change (Since 7/9/2008):
Bust: -1 1/2"
Waist: -1 1/2"
Hips: -1"
Weight: loss of greater than 5.5 pounds
Total miles: 141
To say I was shocked when I saw how much I weighed this week would be an understatement. I was blown away. Like last week, I haven't stuck as close as I'd like to the diet, and furthermore 159/160 has been a plateau for me for the past 6 months (I haven't weighed less than that since I got back from Japan) so I was fully prepared - expecting - to be about where I was last week. So I'm pretty excited to be below 160! Yay!
