Hey! Fuck you! I care about the mets! ;) I care enough about the Mets that I started hoping up and down in the office when a certain set of tickets appeared in my Yahoo inbox a few days ago ;) Granted, I don't own a printer, but I guess that's nothing Kinko's can't fix right?
A part of me wants to think I helped ya become more of a fan, at least a little bit. Going to games with you is fun...you don't complain too much when I'm a jackass, which, as you well know, happens a lot $. Watching the game in MLB gamecast in the office (which, btw, I'm considering paying for the season pass so I can watch the games in HD in the office :P), I got to see Putz and K-Rod take down Cinci in quick succession...it was highly satisfying, and very encouraging for the future :).
By the way, I got cut off by the SNY scorebar when I moved to sit behind home plate during the Mets first preseason game @ Tarp Field with da Sox. The most aggravating 20-minute conversation with ma I ever had :P
haha I read through the entire rest of your entry, and as I hit the bottom, thought to myself "maybe she should stop writing about things no one else cares about...like her vacation, and start writing more about things people care about, like the Mets"
This ranks pretty high up there on the reasons why I suck :P. Hopefully you're still havin fun out there :)
