I also really like the "R" Floor plan. It looks swanky! Also the last one you looked at, Unit 4G, looks pretty slick too. But there are literally hundreds of awesome apartments in NYC, some that fulfill few of your requirements and some that fill others. They just take some digging and putting time into finding them. Don't rush it and it'll happen, I promise.
