Wow, you've done a LOT of work! I'd offer some advice, but I'm aghast at the cost of even a teeny studio apartment. Actually, I'll offer some advice anyway, but geez. Sticker shock. 1. See if your mortgage officer can give you info on programs that help with down payment. There are some stipulations, but it may be worthwhile. 2. From the pictures, even the ones that need some work look liveable so long as the appliances actually function, so you may be able to budget costs better than you expect. Good luck! I know how exhausting house hunting (and repairs!) can be.
