I don't know if this will be of aid, since you don't have an internet connection, but the shuttle website with schedule is at http://www.bloomingtonshuttle.com/ and it looks like they come to the IU Memorial Union every two hours at 10 minutes until the hour. The first one comes at 4:50am and gets to the airport at 6:30, next one comes at 6:50am and gets to the airport at 8:30, etc. The last one leaves at 8:50pm and gets to the airport at 10:30.
buzzermccain has used the shuttle before too, I believe, so she would know where it leaves from and such.

And good luck with the room and such. I know how it feels to not have a space of your own. I think that a lot of your peace of mind will come back when you have your own space just the way you want it. :)
