Two Things I Want Feedback On!

Okay, so there are two things that I'd like to get some input on.

1. For those who don't know, Origins is coming up. (www.originsgames.com, but there page is down right now, grumble). It's on June 29 through July 2nd (Thurs - Sun). It's in Columbus, Ohio, about 3 and a half hours from Bloomington. Now, my brother lives in Columbus within walking distance of the center (it's about a mile walk), and has graciously let folk stay at his place for the con for the past few years. All that is asked in return is that folk be nice to him, because his birthday is July 3rd. :) This year, [livejournal.com profile] deadmanwade, [livejournal.com profile] eviltophat, myself and Kevin Kreiner are going to be staying there. However Ben's place will accomodate about four more.
SO. Anyone want to come to Origins with us? Badges are about 45 bucks, about 10k people go, it's a very nice con with a good dealer's room, and room would be FREE. I don't know how many folk would be interested, but if it's more than four, it'll be the first four folk who definitely say that they can go.

2. [livejournal.com profile] dyrecorn and I spent a fair amount of time talking about my intent to reread Eye of the World. At one point, the d20 game got mentioned, and [livejournal.com profile] dyrecorn was most pleased to discover that not only am I familiar with it, I've actually run it before. So I wish to know: would there be any interest in my running a Wheel of Time game? I would be willing to, if there was sufficient interest (approximately 4 - 6 people) but I'd want people who were into the world a bit. So yeah, if anyone might be interested, post a comment.

More to come later on yesterday and such.

[livejournal.com profile] swan_tower and I would probably normally be interested in the possibility of Origins, but there's a very strong possibility that we're going to be in Boston that weekend. Sounds like a cool plan, however.

As to WoT, I'm not a huge fan of the world, and I'm currently overcommitted game-wise.

Few people are WoT fans, it's the series own fault. ;) If you do think you guys would be interested in Origins, you can take a bit longer figuring it out, though I should probably know within a week or so.
