One More Time

Okay! This is my last attempt to get a final count. This Thursday, the 29th of June, is the start of Origins. Origins is a gaming convention in Columbus, Ohio (about 4 hours from Bloomington, 8 hours from New York) which lasts four days. Read more about Origins!

I've been 2 times, and it's quite nice. So why am I telling you this?

Well, for those who haven't seen my previous posts about this, my brother lives about a mile away from this convention center and has no issues at all with me and my geeky friends camping out in his home for the convention. This means that folk can attend Origins and not have to pay for a place to stay! So people should figure out if they want to join us! Come for the whole four days! Come for the weekend! Come for some other number of days! Either way! Just please let me know, so I can warn my brother how many weirdos are decending on his home.

Right now, it's me, deadmanwade, eviltophat, and Kevin K. of Binghamton (damned non-LJ users...).

You know you want to join us...I have two strong words for you: come on. :)

If you get there on Thursday, and happen to stop by Rich Burlew's table (Giant In the Playground), and he happens to have any of the "No Cure for the Paladin Blues" books left...could you pick me up one? I will pay you back, honest! Thanks so very very muchly! (And if there's none left, don't worry about it. He will hopefully have some left at GenCon...)

Speaking of which, my kid sister is coming out around GenCon time, so hopefully we will have enough $$ saved up by then to be able to go! :)

In the meantime, have a wonderful trip to Origins!
