Origins

Origins is an awesome gaming con taking place on July 5th - July 8th in Columbus, OH. I went to pre reg for it today and found something cool: They are GIVING BADGES AWAY. Sort of. See, a person who is going who has gone before can "buy" a badge for a friend who has never been before. This second badge is free. Isn't that neat? Anyway, I thought I'd tell ya'll about it. saracariad yoinked my free badge (a name has to be entered at time of "purchase"). The catch? You have to do this by tomorrow, that's when the early bird special ends. (I was at their web page to see when this ended; imagine my surprise!) ;)

Anyway, Origins is a lot of fun. Ya'll should think about it.

Yes, Origins is teh aw3som3. I have been for a few years, and I volunteered last year. Also a good way to get a free badge, and a great way to get into some stuff that you couldn't as paid admissions...like free massage sessions...
