Almost set...

Almost have everything set...I even found a kennel for Jonie dog, on this short notice! Poor girl, she's never been in a kennel before, I hope she doesn't hate it completely. :( It sounds like it's an okay one...I wish it were Bark n Buddies, I've heard such good things, but they're full. :( We're at Hacker's Creek Kennel. I'll report on how they are...so far they are fairly accommodating and not terribly expensive.

I only feel a little nervous, but I think I must be very much so at some level, I've slept very poorly all week. This irritates me, cause I haven't gotten to sleep in in about 2 weeks, and I'm losing an hour on Saturday night (poorest timed daylight savings time EVER) and today, when I could have slept in...I woke up, on my own, at 6:30, 7:30, 8:30 and finally gave up at 9:00. Grrr. 9 AM is NOT sleeping in!!

Anyway, I still need to go to work today, pack, get a hair cut, clean my car, figure out how to connect my digital camera to this computer, and drop Jonie off at the vet...but I finished my application, am almost done with my portfolio, and the grants are set, so I'm a lot of the way there. :)

I'll be in e-mail contact on Saturday night and Monday night (when I'm in NYC) but otherwise, if you need me, call! (812) 327 5880. I'll be back in Bloomington on Tuesday night, so it's not that long at all (yay 32 hours of driving in four days! ;) )

I probably won't post again; Hope everyone has a great spring break!

Yay for application and break!

Haven't heard anything about Hacker's Creek...I'm sure that Jonie will be fine :) We are super-tight as regards finances right now, so we are leaving Cody with a friend (and hoping her dog doesn't eat him!!).

Good luck with the drive. I totally feel ya about the daylight savings time...we are leaving to house hunt in MD on Sunday morning bright and early, and I agree that it's the worst timed daylight savings switch ever!!!
