Sci-Fi Crew Meme...

You scored as Deep Space Nine (Star Trek), You have entered the dark side of the Star Trek universe. The paradise of Earth is far from you and you must survive despite having enemies on all fronts. But you wouldn't have it any other way because you thrive in conflict and will know what needs to be done to take care of those around you. Now if only the Founders would quit trying to take over the galaxy.

I scored as DS9 too. Interesting. Not the one I would have thought.

Apparently my willingness to do something completely evil if it means saving thousands of lives gets me in to the crew of DS9. Who knew?

Yep, same here. They had to ask me that one twice. As though I wasn't sure the first time. ^^

Precisely. That was my "tie breaker" :) I wonder if this is an uncommon trait? To me it seems like simple common sense. Then again, I've always been something of a utilitarian, greater good and all that, I'll damn my self for the sake of others.

What? The fact that I always rp martyrs wasn't a tip off? ;)

Interestingly, I had a conversation regarding when to actually bother to start watching both shows just last night with a friend. While I honestly like the first two seasons of DS9, it starts to rock right around the beginning of the third season when, you know, the plot actually starts (read: when things start happening with the Dominion) and continues to get better, staying good (at least in my opinion) until the end.

Meanwhile, I never liked Sinclair. I started watching B5 in season two, and even now I can't say I like the first season all that much, though it's interesting to go back and watch when it when you know a bit more about what's going on. The characters are, for the most part, too boring in the first season to really grab interest, though Garibaldi and Ivanova are okay...but they get much better, and Delenn, G'Kar and Londo also start to get really interesting in seasons 2 and 3. And don't watch season 5 - though I've heard others tell me I'm too hard on it - I haven't ever seen the whole thing, and I haven't watched it at all since it was originally airing. :)

Both shows are very near and dear to my heart, though - probably my two favorite TV shows. Hope you enjoy them!!

I'm from Serenity.

Well, I reckon if that don't beat all!

Yeah...you coulda scored 100% on the fuckin X-Files. I barely liked that show. Jeez...ruined my day :\

And Sinclair was awesome, by the way. It's just everyone seemed horridly one-dimensional in season 1...it almost seemed like they were too busy not taking their selves seriously enough to actually act as a character.
