It's about time...

I think there was just an earthquake. Either that or one of my housemates was having sex enthusiastically enough to shake the entire apartment, which seems unlikely even thought it was my first thought.

And here it was looking like I was gonna get out of Tokyo without feeling one!

Hmm...then again, maybe not, I'd think this website would show it.

What the heck was that, then? It was...very shaky. And much to fast to be sex. Except maybe really, really bad sex.

lol. In the time I was writing this post, that webpage added it. So! My first earthquake! And it was a big one, cause it wasn't that close to here. (there's a map on that page)

It might have been scarier if there was more to it. As it was, the room shook, and by the time I realized what was happening it was over (and I was typing this LJ post).

I'll admit, before I left the States, I was a bit scared of an earthquake, but after three months+ here with nothing happening, I was starting to think "and I'm gonna leave without even having noticed one of the damned earthquakes" ...so it was kind of neat. ;)
