Wonder of Wonders...

...miracle of miracles?

I have an apartment - lease signed, fees paid, keys in pocket, can move in any time, apartment. I paid a high premium for the privilege, but then I got a nice 1 bedroom in a great neighborhood, and feel none the worse for it in the end.

My address is - or will be, once I file the forms with the PO:
238 W. 72nd St. Apt. 3B
New York, NY 10023

Or, here's a Google Map.

Dude.

So I'm curious, how much is a 1BR in New York in that neighborhood cost?

Haha, your apt is near my office. So when are you planning on moving in? I'll be glad to help out :-)

Woot! Fantastic news.

So, what are the details? Is it a 1 bedroom? Dishwasher? W/D? Walk-up? Nice view? Close to your favorite bagel shop? Close to the subway? Close to your mom?

I randomly walked to 72nd and Columbus Ave. a year or so ago, so it's cool that I know what your new neighborhood looks like, sort of. Sounds like a fun place to live!!
