Moving

Well, tomorrow my stuff arrives in NYC, and with picture perfect timing, I'm sick. Well, at least I have an excellent excuse for sitting on my ass while the movers haul my stuff up the stairs. I feel bad, but what can I do? Heck, I'd probably have had to sit on my ass anyway; someone will have to guard the truck. And won't THAT be fun, sitting in the cold with my nose all red? :)

Primarily, though, I'm posting to mention that I won't have internet in my apartment until Tuesday, because I forgot that there's a time lag with appointments for such things. I'll use the net at mom's a bit, and probably at a Starbucks or some such too, but even so, I'll be busy enough that I might just disappear a few days. On the plus side, tomorrow I get to sleep in my own place. Hurrah! :)

I do still need to go to IN, cause a bunch of my stuff is scattered all about with people and I need to gather it. :) I went with Soft Touch - easiest to arrange, and as it turned out they were also the cheapest quote.

Thanks! It's so nice to have my own apartment again; I got used to living on my own the past few months. :)
