We won both of the grants we wrote - I wrote! - in November. I'm SO excited!! I wrote two winning grants, each worth $1 million to the clients and 90k to us over three years!!

Yeah - I've finally won grants that earn the company more than what I get paid! Somehow, that feels really good, like I know that I'm a profitable asset. :)
