Well, I'm Gone

Tina...er...mom (this is getting to be a habit, because I don't like talking about her as mom with clients) and I are talking about our stress levels on the phone. I comment that I find the stress useful in a way, I can direct that energy into productivity. She tells me that when she was younger, she was much better at channeling her freaky energy, but not so much anymore. So apparently, I have freaky energy. I'm excited, because this means that I'm a mental ninja with freaky energy. What? asks mom. Well, at the TASE conference, one of the key note speakers gave all of the attendees mental ninja training, and at the end of the talk he graduated us, so I'm a mental ninja! Mom asks how she can become one, and I tell her that clearly, I'll have to turnkey my mental ninja training using my freaky energy.

I think we're both gone, actually. And the most tragic part is that I'm sitting here and giggling about it and think it's funny enough to share - and so does she.

If you end up moving to NYC, I'll see what I can do. ;) Of course, being a mental ninja involves getting into children's/student's heads and changing how they see education - not sure if it's exactly what you have in mind. :)
