Diet Update: Week 2

Current Data:
Bust: 37 1/2"
Waist: 33" (when I suck in, but without pulling tight)
Hips: 42 1/2"
Weight: 161 (fully clothed, with shoes, about an hour after eating)
Miles Walked: 49.7 (this week)

Cumulative Change:
Bust: -1/2"
Waist: -1"
Hips: -1/2"
Weight: loss of greater than 3 pounds
Total miles: 91.6

I could get used to this. And this week included far too much dessert due to visitors and dinner's out - wonder how I'd do if I could behave? :)

I don't have a scale in my apartment, so I have to use funny cheating methods - but it's better this way, cause if I have a scale at home I start weighing myself everyday, then twice a day, etc., so now I only weigh myself at moms. I thought about measuring myself while exhaling and such, but I figured when I walk down the street I suck in all the time, so the other is more accurate to how I actually look, if that makes sense. :)

I know you were unhappy with the weight you had gained - are you dieting now?

That sounds like a very healthy way of going about it. :) I've done the same from time to time now that I've got a basic healthy eating style (though I've not got lifelong good habits ;) ) - it seems to work, and makes body happy (increases energy and such)
