The Economy
Well, on Monday I was starting to think maybe I'd overreacted to the magnitude of the current economic crisis.
Nope - stocks are down 500 points so far today - though I'll admit to hoping for a last hour rally. :) (edit: Then again, who knows? in the past 5 minutes it's recovered 100 points, to only 400 points down...just more evidence that things are super volatile right now...)
This has been prompted by reports which indicate that Retail sales fell 1.2% in September - that's despite an upcoming holiday season and a slow lowering in the strain caused by high gas prices.
