the spu's were up for other reasons - Japan and the US rumoured to cut rates, Japan possibly all the way back to 0, for example.

What we all need is another one of those rebate checks. It sure did work out really swell the first time around-so of course we should do it again. Yes China, America likes it through the rear door.
