The Most Annoying Thing About Insomnia is the Not Sleeping Part

Since I'm wide awake anyway - and I mean WIDE awake - I thought I'd go ahead and tackle one the things that was floating in my brain while I was attempting and failing to fall asleep. Now that I finished the novel (hehehe, I finished the novel! yay!) I've got a few WIP's I want to tackle. The first is the write up of buzzermccain and saracariad's Hogwarts game that I started writing more than 2 years ago - it feels like coming full circle, after a fashion, since writing that was what first got me using LJ regularly. Anyway, as far as I know every bit of that story has been shared on my journal, so I thought I'd make a master post pointing towards those old story bits, and that I might as well keep sharing it while I was at it - a lot of people on my F List now didn't know me back then, so they might find it interesting, I don't know.

Huh. It's a good thing I did this. There are two more entries posted in LJ than were included in the word document version. Now that would have been annoying to learn later... :)

Hogwarts Story: Part 25

Close to two years to do the day since I started the story, well over one year since I last worked on it, here is the next part of the Hogwarts story! I vowed more than once that I WOULD finish it, and dammit all I will! Just now it will be broken up into daily, approximately 750 word installments, since I think I'd probably maintain novel_in_90 habits even if I quit the community. ;) That's why they are habits. ;)

The thing about writing stories when you already know exactly what is going on is that the writing goes much faster. I really had to resist doing a lot more today, reminding myself that there is no need to do it all at once. Especially after yesterday. :)
