Home!

After over 16 hours of travel (9 am central to 3:30 am eastern) I'm home, luggage and all. I'm happy enough to share...and now to bed. :)

The Suck Hasn't Ended After All

I get home, start to unpack get ready to eat breakfast, start up my computer in the living room, notice that my plants are wilting, start to water them, hear a crash, realize only there's only one thing that could have fallen, come back to see that my computer is upside down on the floor instead of right side up on the couch. And now it's not working (blue screening while starting, crashing while running the diagnostic).

What all day yesterday stuck in airports, exhausted, with a headache, unsure where all my stuff was, whether I'd get home, what yesterday and a week of family ups and downs, coming home to a place I've only lived for four days still a mess filled with boxes, what all of that couldn't even really begin to do, this just did. I'm done. Maybe if I go back to bed, I'll wake up and this won't have happened. Failing that, I think I'll give up, just for a little while.
