I can't really express how sorry I am that I missed this: NYC's biggest Blizzard ever!!!" ...I still remember the last one, in 1996, I was in 8th grade and it was so totally awesome (even if it got warm a few days later) - that was the last biggest blizzard ever, but this one beat it by a half foot...

I wish it snowed more in Bloomington, it's just not winter without snow...

I'm with you on the snowstorming. I really like lots and lots of snow. ...though I don't like shoveling a gravel driveway....

I never had to deal with the shoveling part, since we lived in an apartment building...our doormen and maintenance guys took care of that part. ;)

Snow is fun...especially when you need to
(a) Wake up at 8am on Sunday morning
(b) Realize that the snow hit you totally, 100%, out of the fucking blue by surprise $ (I got home 3am the previous night and there was nay a coating)
(c) Clear out a driveway for Widy's parents, including the asshole who parked his car in the middle of the street blocking the driveway. On the plus side, the dents my and Widy's dad's boots left on it were very satisfying to look at
(d) Go home in 24 inches of white cold death $

Sunday night was fun - you shoulda been around :)

From that perspective, the snow seems pretty sucky. :( But I still wish we had some here. I'd definitely take claireon's share.
