Back to working on the Dinosaur Pathfinder, and I found this gem...

"Dinosaurs by Design," by Duane T. Gish.

This choice quote from one of the reader reviews thoroughly explains why I found this amusing:
"The suggestion by Gish that T. rex was originally a vegetarian until Adam ate the apple should be enough to show this book is really about fundamentalist theology and is devoid of scientific value."

Ahhh, creationists...

Wow... that's funny. Sad, but sadness is often funny.

Spiffy. Anyway, this is a class assignment that I haven't really talked about much, but I posted a link that I found while work on it, oh, a couple of months ago now, to a creationist newspaper on the net. A pathfinder is a list of resources; mine happens to be about dinosaurs. (You can look at it if you want, when it's finished, it'll be online - but it's due on May 1st, so I don't imagine I'll be putting that much of my "current" time into it, there's other stuff to do. :) )
