Well...

Well, reading through LJ, I see that [livejournal.com profile] deadmanwade has pretty much covered the things that I might have said, accurately and fairly. For those who don't read both journals, I broke up with him yesterday, and since then we've spoken a lot and have decided to basically go for a "temporary separation." I'll move out of Knightridge and go...somewhere...and we'll tackle things from the perspectives we've gained by talking through this mess, and see if things can't be fixed. Things are still messy, but I, too, am hopeful that our current plans will work out. We both have things we are going to try to do to help to repair the problems that prompted this decision on my part, and then we'll just take it from there and see how things go. If it was worth putting 5 years into, it's worth working to fix.

I'm currently staying at [livejournal.com profile] buzzermccain's house, but I need to find a place to live myself on a fairly immediate level, since I won't feel comfortable until I have a place to call "home." I'll probably start looking tomorrow, but I need to get a handle on my school work, which is way tough with all the stuff going on in my head right now.

Life, inevitably, has a way of going on.

I'm gonna keep tryin to call ya up (even if it winds up being really late and all), but I feel bad hearin this. Granted, Jay and I obviously didn't get along too well, but when you guys were together, you were happy (or at least ya seemed), and seeing you happy always made me feel happy too.

Hopefully you guys work your shit out. I was lookin forward to buyin my sweet tux $

On a lighter note, maybe I should move out there too. 1400 a month for a small one bedroom doesn't sound too good in comparison to some of what I'm hearing out there ;)

Prices here are a little high for a town this size; on the other hand, they are very low when compared to NYC. ;)

As for working it out and the like, I think that things are going to be okay. We were definitely happy and, I hope, we will be happy again.
