Surgery Update

I heard from my uncle around 9 o'clock. Mom is doing okay; the surgery took a while, but it went off without a hitch, and she was even semi-conscious for a while.

Woot. :)

Thanks much to all those who sent their best; I'll pass it on, she always digs hearing things like that. :) (she loves meeting my friends, and she frequently sends hello's to those she doesn't know when I mention I'm hanging out with them. :) )

As a sister survivor of back surgery I salute your mother!! And hope she gets to visit when you start living with my mother. ;)
