unforthOn the same day when some of my friends celebrate the impending reality of a pilot to a Game of Thrones tv show, I have received news that makes me equally happy - the very distant possible reality of a series of Wheel of Time movies. It feels like a tease, but it still makes me happy. See also...

I always thought the only way it could be done well was a miniseries, and even then... when you have something like 12,000 pages of source, 3/4 of which tends to be -directly- relevant to major plots, that's rough.
