Awesome, and congrats! My friend used to live around 139th and Broadway (which, i know, in New York terms is *still* nowhere near where you'll be, but for me, it counts. ;)

And awww, you're right by the George Washington Bridge. I freaking *love* that bridge.

It's not so very far - about a mile and a half. :) The neighborhood I'll be living in is a bit more built up than that area, though (in my experience).

And I'm definitely excited that if I want to I can now walk to New Jersey. :)
